The location is very hard to reach, the rooms are too too small, outdated without good ventilation at all. However the night shift receptionists were nice and polite. Yet the morning lady kept ignoring my questions and repeated the same answers over and over again, I was frustrated although I do speak Japanese as I am working in Japan and was on a business trip.
