I stayed for one night with my family and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional throughout our stay. The family room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very pleasant. I also had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, Mr. Ahmed Challan, during the check-in process. He was extremely friendly, approachable, and demonstrated the qualities of an outstanding leader through his professionalism and genuine care for guests. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
