Silent Room 2

What looked like a reasonably priced room turned out to be a much better and more spacious option than we had expected. I had assumed the booking was for one room with a large bed and two single beds, but on arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bedrooms and a lounge. The suite was quiet, neat and clean, making it particularly suitable for a family. We arrived on 14 July 2026 at around 7:00 pm, and the gentleman at reception made an excellent impression from the outset. He had contacted us before our arrival, knowing when we were expected, to confirm the details and ensure that our suite was ready for us. His communication was clear, reassuring and highly professional. He was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and accommodating throughout the check-in process. When I asked whether we could move to a suite with a road view, he immediately showed a willingness to help and happily arranged another suite for us. Although we ultimately decided to remain in the original one, his respectful attitude and genuine commitment to assisting us stood out. Considering the amount of space, the cleanliness and the quality of service, the price was extremely reasonable compared with other accommodation options in Riyadh. I would strongly recommend this property, especially to families. The only areas that could be improved would be the provision of proper bath towels and complimentary essentials such as drinking water, tea and coffee.
