Riyadh luxury hotel apartments

It was a very disappointing experience. I booked a stay at Riyadh Luxury, but upon arrival I was transferred to a completely different location than the one I originally booked. In addition, I paid for a Premium Studio but was given a standard room while being charged the full Premium Studio rate. The property was not clean, and the staff’s attitude was unprofessional and far below acceptable standards. I was charged for a service and accommodation that I did not receive. I would not recommend booking with them under any circumstances. ———
