It was a very disappointing experience. I booked a stay at Riyadh Luxury, but upon arrival I was transferred to a completely different location than the one I originally booked. In addition, I paid for a Premium Studio but was given a standard room while being charged the full Premium Studio rate. The property was not clean, and the staff’s attitude was unprofessional and far below acceptable standards. I was charged for a service and accommodation that I did not receive. I would not recommend booking with them under any circumstances. —— كانت تجربة سيئة جدا، حجز في Riyadh Luxury ولكن تم نقلي ل مكان اخر غير مكان الحجز الاساسي، وايضا حجزت premium studio تم اعطائي غرفة عادي بنفس تكاليف premium studio, المكان غير نظيف ومعامله غير احترافية ولا مهنية وتم اخذ مبالغ ماليه مني نتيجة خدمه لم اخذها ، لا انصح ابدا اي شخص بالحجز معهم. ———
