Every time I asked for something they made me feel like it was the hardest ask and thing to do. On top of that I found the bedsheets and towels dirty and outdated. Tried talking to the duty manager and I received no follow up regarding the points I talked about. Overall outdated hotel and services are not marriot level unfortunately. Staff tried to help. Did not meet my standards at all.
