Choosing to stay at this place with my family was a very successful decision — and it will definitely be my first choice if I visit Riyadh again. The apartments are more spacious than expected, clean, and safe, and the location is excellent. The staff are very professional and extremely respectful. Check-in was easy, and they are available on WhatsApp 24/7. I would especially like to thank Mahmoud, who honestly helped me solve several issues I faced at the beginning. The downsides — though minor — are that parking can sometimes be a bit challenging, and the washing machine in the apartment is not fully automatic.
