“Even small lapses in attention and service can significantly affect the overall guest experience.” Disappointing experience At check-in, we noticed that the bathroom door in Room 1531 was not functioning properly. We immediately informed reception, and the room was changed. However, after returning from our meeting, we found that the flush tank in the new room was not working, there was no proper sunlight, and the internet was also unavailable. We tried contacting reception several times, but unfortunately, there was no response. Overall, the stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the multiple basic facilities that were not available and the lack of response from the reception team. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both room maintenance and guest support.

As of the 1st of August 2021 and as per the instructions of Ministry of Health, all guests and hotel visitors must have Twakkalna App on their mobile phones with immune status (Dark Green). Non compliance will result in barring guests or visitors from entering the hotel facilities.
As of August 11, 2021 and in compliance with the Ministry of Health instructions ,hotel buffet service will be temporarily closed and all the meals will be served to the guest room. As usual, room service will remain open 24/7 hours.
