I recently stayed at Duset Suites. Overall, it is a decent place to stay if you are looking for a nice, comfortable room at a very reasonable price. However, because it is advertised as a 3-star hotel, there are a few areas where they need to make upgrades to match guest expectations. The Positives: Affordable: The pricing is very fair and offers great value for money. Excellent Wi-Fi: The internet connection was fast and reliable throughout the stay, which was a huge plus. Comfortable Room: The space itself was clean, nice, and pleasant to stay in. Areas for Improvement: Air Conditioning: The current wall-mounted AC controls are quite inconvenient. You have to physically get up to adjust the temperature on the wall. Upgrading to split AC units with wireless remotes would make the room much more comfortable. In-Room Amenities: Even if guests don't always use it, having an iron and an ironing board in the room is a basic standard for a 3-star property. Additionally, the tissues provided could be of a more decent, higher-quality brand. Entertainment: The television desperately needs an upgrade. Currently, you can only watch local Arabic TV channels. Installing modern Smart TVs with built-in apps like Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming platforms would allow guests to watch what they actually want.
