I chose this hotel randomly, and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. I was originally planning to stay for a shorter time, but I ended up extending my stay because I felt so comfortable. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They never let me carry my luggage and were consistently offering complimentary refreshments, which made me feel very well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I also want to give a special mention to the ladies working at the breakfast buffet—they were always warm, friendly, and attentive. My room was spacious, very clean, and had an amazing panoramic view that was absolutely worth every riyal I paid. The location is excellent as well, right in front of the towers. I only had one minor issue during check-in. I arrived about two hours before the standard check-in time, and I was charged an early check-in fee(200 riyals). I understand hotel policies, but I felt the staff could have been a little more flexible in this situation. Thankfully, it didn’t affect my overall experience. I also have two small suggestions for improvement. The breakfast area was quite warm every morning, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be cooling the space properly. I also noticed a few flies around the fruit section on multiple days, which I hope can be addressed. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
