Berira Hotels are among the best in the Kingdom. All of their branches are wonderful, but the Al Yarmouk branch stands out above the rest, especially the restaurant. They have a restaurant manager named Suman and a server named Omar. They are the ultimate example of professionalism, kindness, and respect. The rest of the staff are also excellent. The food is delicious and its quality is outstanding. If I visit again, it will mainly be because of the wonderful people I mentioned and the high level of elegance, respect, and hospitality they show in their service.
