Appreciate much with the professionalism made by saudi reception. He was so kind and upgrade my room to twin bed. Customer service wise is undeniably perfect. Rooms and bed are quite beautiful but problem it had only 1 towel 😅. But overall experience though just made it only 5 hours stay, made an amazing and welcoming experience.
