- Please inform Pick A Flat's Apartment in Saint Michel - Rue Du Sommerard in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You will be able to leave your luggage at the agency until the apartment is ready. The agency is open from 09:30 until 20:00.
- If you are arriving after 12:00, the property can organise your transfer from Orly or Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport or any Parisian train station, at an extra cost. A personal chauffeur will pick you up and drive you to the apartment. He will also give you the keys.
