We stayed here for three nights in mid May and enjoyed our stay. During our visit France had experienced an early summer before that the previous week the weather was cold. With that said the room was hot and the ac was not working. We assumed it needed time to cool but it never did. I addressed the agent at the front desk and he told me that the ac units needed to be serviced by someone to change from heat to AC but that it wouldn't happen during our visit. I asked if we could have a fan or something because it was a hot hot in the room even with the window opened. Sure enough behind him on the ground were fans ready to go. I wished they offered when we arrived. Having been in Toulouse days earlier I expressed that the ac in our previous hotel worked fine. I understand weather can unpredictable however I was in france for five days prior and the weather was hot hot. The hotel should have ordered a fan when we checked in knowing the AC units were not working at all in the rooms. Other than that the hotel is situated near the Metro lines and there was plenty of convenience stores near by to purchase water bottles and fresh fruit. The room was spacious enough for two adults with two large suitcases. The agents at the front desk were friendly enough except when I was asking about the AC he got impatient and there was no one behind me that he needed to help. We would definitely return here for another stay when the time comes. The fan was a total game changer for the two nights we had it, we sweated profusely the first night.
