The rooms and location of this hotel are undoubtedly lovely, but we will never know. Unfortunately I made a booking mistake and accidentally booked three nights (our inquiry dates) instead of two as we intended to adjust. WITHIN FIVE MINUTES I realized what happened and contacted Hotels.com AND THE HOTEL to explain what happened. Because the room was booked as non-refundable, the hotel would not make the requested change and we were out the cost of two rooms for three nights! This was a ridiculously punitive stand and I consequently cancelled the entire booking and found another hotel in the area.
