We booked a room a day before arrival and received an official confirmation. When we arrived after a long journey, the receptionist simply told us they had a "hacker attack", our booking wasn't in their system, and there were no available rooms. What disappointed us the most was not the technical issue itself, but the absolute indifference and unhelpfulness of the staff. No apologies, no effort to help resolve the situation — we were basically turned away. They didn't bother to notify us in advance either. Definitely cannot recommend this place due to the lack of basic hospitality and professionalism
