the room was kinda smelly when I entered. There was no one to take my luggage to my room. I was shocked when the guy said this is the key and there is your room. when I asked who will take my luggage he said something like you do it yourself. The lift also malfunctioned once. there is NO FOOD OPTION. the only good thing is that it is around 12-15 min walk from Haram. Probably the only reason it was crowded in the not so peak season.
