TIME Ruba Hotel & Suites

​We recently stayed here with family for 4 nights and 5 days, and overall, it was a wonderful experience! ​The service throughout our stay was extraordinary. A special mention goes to the breakfast—the quality was top-notch, everything was cooked to perfection, and both my kids and I thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. ​Waqar from the restaurant team was exceptional! He was constantly checking in on us to see if we needed anything and made sure everything was well-stocked. The restaurant manager was also brilliant, taking the time to explain the different food items to us. One tip for future guests/management: The shuttle service back from the Haram was quite confusing. There is a lack of clear information on where exactly to board the shuttle when returning from the Haram, which made things a bit tricky. ​Despite the shuttle confusion, the staff and food made our stay memorable. We would love to stay here again!
