Disrespectful staffs they were not polite at all in there behaviour, specially cleaners, luggage we used to carry from tour bus to Rooms as we were family of 7 with 12 bags. I would advise other Hajis to avoid such bad hotel who is non-cooperative and disrespectful towards their guests. You have far better options than this stupid staffs.
