My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During our 4-day stay, we were forced to change our room three times, which was very stressful and disturbing. When we returned from Madinah, we were given another room that was in a terrible condition. The room was extremely dirty. The bedsheets had not been changed and were clearly used. The pillows were also dirty. The refrigerator could not be opened because the bed was blocking its door. There was a very bad smell in the room, making it uncomfortable to stay there. The bathroom was in an unacceptable condition. The toilet flush was not working, and there was still human waste left in the toilet. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely poor. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
