Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended at All I stayed on 23-25/04/2026 My stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The current ratings do not reflect reality in any way, which raises serious concerns about their credibility. • There is no parking available, contrary to what is stated on the website. • There is no shuttle service to the Haram despite being advertised. • The hotel’s location is inconvenient and far from the Haram, making transportation difficult. • The sound insulation is extremely poor; noise from neighboring rooms is clearly audible, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. • The cleanliness of the room and bedding is below the minimum acceptable standard. • The night shift receptionist was handling a large number of guests alone; he was inexperienced, unprofessional, and communicated in an arrogant and disrespectful manner.
