Here is a list of pros and cons for this hotel which I hope the fix as this hotel is mid at best but can be improved: Pros: 1. Great air conditioned rooms and really comfortable beds. 2. The rooms are not very sl built in closet. 3. The price is relativity cheap compared to other hotels in the area. 4. Toilets are clean but very cramped. Cons: 1. No in room WIFI, which really makes or break the stay at the hotel, at least for me. 2. The rooms are not well maintained and cleaned, they at least need to clean many shampoo th2 carpets. 3. 1 key pee room, they don't give e out any extra. 4. Receptionist is missing, and you'll need to wait for then to show up. The bus that takes you to al haram is very very punctual, don't be a minute late or you'll miss the bus. 5. Service is very bad and it takes ages, on requested from the room serovic
