I would like to say thankyou for the supervisor who assigned tonight until morning i forgot his name, he’s the best supervisor on this hotel making not discrimanated the guest even Asian nationality. How many times i called this hotel for complain my shoes i left before June 25 to 26, 2026 but today i got it because of helping the supervisor,sorry i forget his name (Tall brown saudi and skinny). The company of this Hotel must promote and give his best chance for this kind of supervisor who really work hard. The company should keep this kind of employee to keep Hotel best in service.
