One of the worst hotel: 1) Lifts do not work, you will wait for several minutes for lifts. 2) Carpet in the room is dusty and untidy. 3) Soundproofing in the roof is bad, you can literally hear who's talking in the corridor. 4) I was there for 7 nights, not a single time they provide housekeeping services. 5) one washing machine on the roof for the whole building.
