It's a shame good quality but bad attitude employees. You don't have to push people out of their room, you don't have to know what we're doing and that is disrespectful. Just let it be, I'm very disappointed at this services. I expect to be handled with care as this is one of the big stars hotels but not with the services. My sister was sick and your housekeeping force her to go out with our stuff while we're praying at the mosque? That's disrespectful. That's how you treat people? My suggest the owner of the hotel to train your employees to be better in ATTITUDE PLEASE. And make the food more variant, i only comment on how people treat me, if your employees treated my family bad I'll comment bad as well. If you can't train your employees to be better at least train them about PRIVACY AND RESPECT, people have their own privacy!! Again BAD ATTITUDE
