Booked about 8 rooms for 30 people. Same response from all guests. This hotel has some serious cleanliness and health and safety issues.Horrible stay and unable of focus on any worship. 1. The toilets have an awful smell which spread to the room. Poor plumbing and sewage odour. There were small flies all around the toilet and sink. The bath tub had yellow stains all over it and the water in the shower would not go warm. Bedsheets were not changed from previous inhabitants and had dirty stains. 2. Lack of amenities such as toilet paper and towels. No kettle in most rooms and the in room phones didn’t work. Some rooms had shared kitchens, which is inconvenient and uncomfortable. Only provided soap. Had a stove for decoration, it didn’t work. 3. Workers where inconsiderate and throughout a 7 day stay, not once did they clean the room, until begged to. 4. Other guests were loud and would make a racket early in the morning (7 am), disrupting sleep. 5. WiFi was incredibly slow and would stop working. 6. Distance to haram wasn’t too far but would take a long time to get there (about 10 minutes). 7. Only 1 key card per room, which was very inconvenient. 8. Like the other reviews have mentioned, all 5 star reviews are fake and self made. In conclusion, this was the worst stay I’ve ever had. I have been to other 3 star hotels before, and they are MUCH cleaner and more comfortable. Extremely dissatisfied and was very uncomfortable. Not worth it.
