Very poor experience. They don’t clean the rooms, I had to go down myself and ask for towels. It’s only a 5 minute walk from an nabawi and very close to the women’s section alhamdulilah. The bellhop also lost my bags and I’ve been trying to contact them for a few days and they’ve genuinely been ignoring my calls. Avoid this hotel if you can
