Zedwell Greenwich

We stayed at Zedwell Greenwich and had a disappointing experience. The location is good and convenient, but unfortunately that was the main positive. The overall experience felt very focused on making extra money rather than providing hospitality or building customer loyalty. Almost everything came with an additional charge. Arriving just one hour early cost £15, while a one-hour late check-out was £25. These charges felt excessive and made the stay feel unwelcoming. The rooms are also much smaller than they appear in the photos, which was disappointing. There were only USB-A charging ports available and no USB-C ports. If you do not have the right cable, you are expected to buy one from the hotel, which again adds to the feeling that every inconvenience is turned into an opportunity to charge guests. Overall, the hotel seems to make very little effort to create a positive guest experience or encourage customer loyalty. The location is good, but the small rooms, lack of basic modern amenities, and constant extra charges made it feel poor value for money.
