Very Disappointing Experience – AC Not Available and Not Clearly Disclosed We stayed at Whitfield St Residences by Aeria Apartments, 69 Whitfield Street, Fitzrovia, London, and unfortunately the experience did not meet the standard we expected for the price we paid. We paid approximately GBP 180 per night for a 1-bedroom apartment, expecting a comfortable and well-equipped stay. However, the apartment does not have air conditioning, which was a major disappointment. What is particularly concerning is that the lack of AC was not clearly highlighted on the property's own website at the time of booking. For a property charging this level of nightly rate, such an important facility should be clearly and prominently disclosed before guests make a reservation. This is especially disappointing because guests need accurate information about essential facilities when choosing accommodation. At this price point, we expected a much better level of comfort and transparency. Overall, we feel the property is overpriced for the facilities provided, and the absence of AC should have been clearly mentioned before booking. I would strongly recommend that future guests check and confirm all room facilities directly with the property before making a reservation, particularly regarding air conditioning.
