I just wanted to share a positive post. I've been staying at this hotel for many years now, this is my 7th time. We had a family room and went to enjoy a concert at wembley. The staff on arrival, made everyone feel so special and hyped up. I wanted to give a shout out to Brivany on reception, she was super helpful and ensured we had the best time with our children! She deserves this recognition and so do all the staff. This has been the best stay with such positive staff in place who want to be helpful and including the children in feeling special too! Well done premier. You should give those on front reception a bonus! See you next time we're in London!
