First time in London and the property was horrible! They have an infestation of bedbug and cockroaches. We had to ask to be switched from hour room because the bedbugs were crawling on daylight. We catch one and showed to the concierge; no surprise at all! The rooms don’t have any airflow. It was HOT as hell inside the halls and rooms. Only fans available for the summer heat. Air conditioning only in the reception. The first night we needed a bigger fan and the receptionist spent more than one hour talking with a friend outside of the property and when asked always replied with “one moment, please”. We had to endure the first night with a very small fan and three cold showers in order to get some sleep. The location was the only thing good, easy access to the metro system and other amenities nearby. Please don’t go at least until they show you some sort of cleaning service performed.
