Friendly people who are working there, free and good wi-fi, good location, parking was a huge plus, working radiators if it's cold, opening windows for fresh air, hair dryer, tea, coffe was provided, good shower, shampoo and shower gel were given, TV works fine, good lights in the room and room itself is OK. What needs improvement? Hotel doesn't provide breakfast. So I was expecting a fridge. But there is No fridge in the room and I still don't know is there any common area for guests to use microwave or fridge, we didn't get any info about that and we didn't ask after. Cleanliness. Although bed sheets and towels were clean and fresh, the room in general was really dusty. Dusts floating in the air, carpet wasn't clean, dusts on glasses, dirty kettle's handle, curtain and wall with some marks. Anyway the dust I think is the main issue. And for a couple just 1 key of the room and 1 key of the main entrance was provided.
