Booked directly through the website and cancelled within the applicable policy. Urban Rest confirmed my refund would be processed within 14 days, but it was repeatedly delayed. I had to follow up multiple times and received inconsistent updates about when payment would be made. It is rhetorical 4th weeks now, i still haven’t received any refund. Very disappointing customer service.
