Service was bad. Zero customer interface. Had a leakage from the ceiling of the toilet for 7 days until someone called and changed my room. There was a day I was locked out for about 3 hours because someone failed to send me the code for entry. Nice place, I liked what they put together but their customer relations is ZERO. Gross incompetence in that department.

- After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to complete your online check-in form 2 days before arrival. GBP 300 pet cleaning fee will be collected by the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
