I left my expensive wallet behind after check out unfortunately , which had my cards and about £120 cash inside. I informed the management ( after many calls trying to get through and speaking to 5 different people ) and told them I couldn’t come back to London for 2 weeks so please keep the wallet safe, which they agreed on. After the 2 weeks i informed them I would be coming to retrieve it. When I turned up to their main office in Baker Street, they told me they “disposed” of it without any warning. I feel totally disrespected. I stayed at their property in Nevern Square Earl’s Court. It had a bad smell and the mains switch turns off multiple times per day so I had to get a chair to reach and switch back on.

- Please note, there is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property to hand over the keys and check guests in to the apartment.
