Travelodge London Greenwich

The hotel is conveniently located beside the Greenwich DLR stop, which mattered to me as a visitor arriving by plane, and intending to reach the conference i was attending on foot. It looks and feells all modern, new and shiny, with a restaurant and bar offering a small selection at good value. Rooms are good size with comfy bedding and a desk. This bit of luxury comes with a tiny shower/WC cell and lacking aircon, a fact very obvious during the summer heat wave, when the only place with aircon was reception with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is great if you like a fry every morning, and more limited when you don't. When checking out I was surprised to learn that the hotel does not offer to keep luggage on departure day,
