Our 6-day stay was absolutely wonderful and near-perfect. The bedding was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Having a kitchen was highly convenient, and the washing machine was so clean that we used it throughout our entire stay without any worries. The pool was also very pleasant and well-maintained. On top of that, the staff were exceptionally friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. However, I would like to make a few suggestions for improvement: Elevator Maintenance: The main elevator took too long to be repaired. Because of this, we had to use the smaller elevator, which was unpleasant due to a strong cigarette smoke odor inside. Entrance Accessibility: The hotel entrance only has stairs, making it very difficult and exhausting to move our heavy suitcases. Installing a ramp or providing assistance would be a great improvement. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if we return to the area.
