I ordered 2 skirts from this website. A few weeks later my order arrived. I opened the package and found that 1 skirt was the wrong colour. I contected Timeless London immediately and did not recieve an answer on this email. I tried again trough the contactform on the website and got an answer that they are going to investigate and would get back to me the next day. This has been a 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard back from them. I send another reply asking for an update and did not get a reply on that email either. Very dissapointed in this company! And its a shame as their products look pretty good. The service is just terrible. I have tried contacting them trough email, their website, instagram and whatsapp and no reply on any of my messages. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!
