Pros: Very convenient, perfect for a week-end trip, you can even cook a couple of meals and store in a fridge. Our room was not facing the street so with the window closed, it wasn't very noisy. Cons: Very small, especially the bathroom but we knew that going in. The main issue was the heat : It was not warm in London and yet, our room was very very hot. The heating system seemed to be off (we checked and double checked) and yet, the room was always too hot, no matter if we opened a window or not, the temperature would barely cool down. When we sent an email to maintenance, they only offered us two solutions : 1) use the fan, which doesn't fix the issue. 2) pay a 100£ to use an air-conditioner from one of their commercial partners. Again, there was heating we couldn't control, that was turned to the max. These options seemed ridiculous. Apart from that, the room was exactly what we expected and it did the job but we had to sleep with the window open even though the weather was perfectly cool.
