Booked a room through Hotels.com. Absolutely horrified that I paid £80 a night for 3 nights for an out building at the bottom of the garden. Reluctantly I didn’t stay and complained to Hotels.com for a full refund. Unbelievably Hotels.com wouldn’t give me a refund 🤬
