For me, this hotel is perfect. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Underground station. The coach to Stansted Airport also stops nearby. There is a grocery store, Starbucks, and Joe & The Juice just around the corner. The rooms are very small, but comfortable and have everything you need. The best part of the hotel is the reception area – it's so cosy and welcoming. Guests are offered complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or even wine. After long days of walking around London, a nice cup of tea was always appreciated. The staff were incredibly kind to my daughter and me. Every day they offered her hot chocolate and cookies, which made her feel very special. I especially remember one member of staff who worked almost every afternoon during our stay. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was exceptionally friendly, and her kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed at the hotel from 15 March to 19 March, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to London.
