Booked a room to stay here for 1st August for a gig at Wembley stadium, all I can say is ignore the bad reviews, the host Alex was very welcoming and was there to help with any questions. We had a room that was facing the street on a busy Saturday evening and it wasn't loud in the slightest. We had a comfortable experience here and will happily return when we are next in the area, thankyou so much for your hospitality
