We had a wonderful stay at The Whitechapel Hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. When our original room was not quite what we expected, they kindly arranged an upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable. The team also went above and beyond by safely storing our bikes and allowing us to use the hotel’s facilities after we returned from our charity ride, which we greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Rojda and Mert on the team your kindness and exceptional service made our stay truly memorable. The secure luggage storage was another thoughtful touch that made our trip so much easier. We highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be booking again, as well as recommending it to our friends and family.
