A lovely cool welcome on an incredibly hot day. The receptionist was busy but he was cool and calm and gave us a great welcome, mentioned he checked our air-conditioning was working in our room before our arrival. The room was pristine and cool, a welcome hamper on the dinning table and a fantastic view of the city and all the big sights. The bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable double bed, tasteful furnishings and large tv. The wardrobe has enough storage for the longest stay and included the hairdrier and Iron. The lounge has a comfortable sofa, tables for your drinks and the ChromeCast TV. The kitchen has everything you need whether for 1 night or a longhaul stay, very impressive and again everything was clean and perfectly placed. Bathroom had a shower in the bath but was nice to have the choice and again... very clean and well presented! Overall a fantastic 2 nights stay for my birthday. We loved how clean and meticulous the room was. Thanks for a lovely stay.

  • Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.
  • Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards. Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges. Please note, all our properties are strictly nonsmoking and full security deposit will be retained for smoking within any of our properties; additional fees will be charged for any damages in addition to the smoking fee.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
