Extremely disappointing experience at The Orange. My partner - who is East Asian - went for brunch with his mother and sister this morning and was completely ignored by the staff, who repeatedly looked past them, only to immediately serve a white woman who arrived after them. They eventually left and went next door to Wild Flower, where they were welcomed. As local residents, it’s deeply upsetting to see this kind of treatment in our own neighbourhood. Whatever the intention, the difference in treatment was glaring and unacceptable. We will not be returning.
