- The reception and bar are unoccupied after 23:00 Monday to Saturday and after 21:00 on Sundays.
- There is a night porter service on call to respond to any emergencies.

- Please note that there is no elevator in the building and there are 2 or 3 flights of stairs to climb.
- Staff are able to carry luggage if requested in advance.
- Check-in on Sundays must take place before 18.00.
- The pub is open from 12:00 until 23:00 Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays but our sister pub 'The Clerk and Well' is open on sundays and is 5 minutes walk awayPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Great location near the station and excellent AC made staying during the London heatwave very comfortable. The manager was so kind, and the experience at the pub was top-notch. Since the pub closes around 11 PM, there was no noise issue at all. It was affordable and truly a fantastic stay.
