- Damage Waiver:
- This is a one-time, nonrefundable fee the guest pays to cover damages up to £500 for £35. It provides assurance to guests, allowing them to enjoy their stay with peace of mind knowing that if any small damage occurs, it’s already covered.
- Damage Deposit:
- This is a pre-authorized amount charged to the guest's card for up to £500 in damages. A small fee (£10) is collected to cover incident resolution. If damages are reported, the deposit is used. If no damages are reported, only the service fee is charged.
- NOTE: You won't be charge £500 automatically unless an issue was reported by the HostThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
