The only reason this hotel is getting even one star is because Nibi (not sure how to spell) one of the staff was lovely and the room was ok. First of all we requested early check in when we booked a month in advance and when we got there we had to wait until past the check in time. Adding to that the reception workers need lessons on customer service because their attitude was appalling and very arrogant. They spoke to us as if they looked down on us. And lastly, we booked a superior deluxe suite and had a room with a concrete wall with mold on it. It’s a shame because some of the workers that weren’t on reception were lovely and the place was ok but the rest was very disappointing
