The Leinster Studio

Booked a studio apartment but was cheated and given a small room in the basement. Room was dirty and with sticky floor. Can't even close the bathroom door. When complained about the wrong room, the hotel blamed Agoda stating Agoda messed up the booking. Was promised the correct room the next day, the hotel sent the room details only to deleted it afterwards and when question, they said that the room was not available because the guest extended the stay and arrange it directly with the manager. No internet coverage because the room given is in the basement. Poor customer service and poor arrangement by the hotel. Avoid this place at all cost!!!
