We booked a room here for the 4th of August. We came carrying many luggages, which many of the staff here had helped us with. A staff named Chanel had helped us push our luggages all the way to Kings Cross station which was great help!! We are immensely grateful. The people working at the front desk were also really hospitable. The service is an overall 5/5.
