For the amount we paid, we can only assume that this is based on the hotels location, restaurant and bar which were all amazing. However, the room we had was very basic. Even though we were only there for 1 night, there was no wardrobe or anywhere to hang our clothes (we travel extensively all over the world and have never had a room without one or the other). There was an iron but no ironing board and no hairdryer as advertised. The pillows were appalling, I’ve never had such cheap and lumpy pillows anywhere. I literally had a stiff neck all weekend.
